Royal Robbins  Discovery III Skort

I’ve worn this style for years, always nice and neat looking and a good length, not too short or long. In my usual 16 these ran just a bit small.

I cannot say enough good things about this skort...I live in them. I am a busy Realtor showing lots of farm and land properties which means I go places where dresses don't work well and pants in the summer are just too miserable. I look relatively professional in these well designed and comfortable skorts. I have EVERY color Royal Robbins has made them in. My only request is PLEASE come out with some exciting new colors so I can update my look!! THX!! BTW they wash and wear beautifully...I hang dry mine for the best outcome!!

Great skort! This skort quickly became a warm-weather favorite. It fits well, just the right length (I'm on the shorter side at 5'2"), and the waistband sits flat. The undershorts are comfortable and functional- they don't constrict or bunch. My only complaint is that it needs more pockets. The ones in the back are deep enough for a phone, but something about the design makes them hard to use, I find myself fussing to get things in and out. I wish there were side or front pockets that were easier to reach.

I have been buying these skorts in every color every year since they've been available. Much to my dismay they keep changing them every year!! I absolutely loved the originals! Each year I like them less and less. This year's design I don't like at all. I don't like the knit fabric of the short, I don't like the seams in front, I prefer a zippered pocket in the back, they don't fit the same. I still wear my originals around the house, they were my favorite.

This was my first skort experience since I was in kindergarten and I'm in love with this product. Can't wait to add more of them to my wardrobe. It fits perfectly and is incredibly comfortable. It's very cute but also functional. I can work from home in it, hike, shop, and hang out with friends and it's perfect for traveling. The length is just right and I'm 6 ft tall. The shorts underneath are comfy. Love this skort!

I have loved this skort style for several years, buying 2 in other colors after purchasing my first size 6. I recently lost weight (now 120 lbs, 5’2”,) and needed to go from size 6 to size 4. Knowing they would remain a summer wardrobe staple, I ordered a gray and a dark blue. The tailoring has changed slightly and the short material is lighter, but the quality, durability and the fit of the skort are still wonderful.

True to size 4, and true to the fit chart. This will be perfect a trip to the tropics, easy wash and quick dry, folds up small. Back pockets will fit a regular sized iPhone but not a big one. It's so comfortable you almost can't feel it on your body. Great fit. I'm 5'2, 112 lbs, hips 36 3/4, waist 31. Fits exactly, not tight, comfortable, no room to spare. Standing length hits 4 inches above the knee.

This skort is my "Go To" apparel everyday of the Spring, Summer and Fall. I have every color available and doubles of some of the same color as my fear is RR will stop selling them!! My only criticism is there should be a wider variety of colors and patterns! I would buy every new one brought on-board so get cracking RR and bring in some new ones but don't change a thing in their design and fabric.

I own 3 of these with a 4th soon to be purchased! LOVE this skort. I wear it playing golf, Pickleball, hiking, leisure. I'm 66yrs old/5'7"/wear a size 8. It hangs at a perfect length above knee--not too short for my age, but a great length which lets me reach/stretch/run with ease. The zipper closure at back is great so you don't have that bulge in front showing through shirts. Nice seamless look to it. This skort goes from casual to more formal by a change of shirts or shoes. Washes well--my 3 skorts still look brand new. I receive many compliments when wearing them. Nicer look than shorts--which I no longer own. I'm noticing when heading into fall/winter season now that only the black is available to purchase. With so many of us Snowbirds/travelers/warm weather state natives we want to purchase your other colors in this skort all year round as well! Just a suggestion :) LOVE this skort.

I have active skorts from other makers, but more often than not the shorts underneath are way too tight. These are perfect--loose but not annoyingly loose. This skort also has just the right length for me--not short-short but also not down over my knees. I liked it so much I bought a blue one and a black one. I'm looking forward to taking these skorts on our trip to Ireland to hike in!
