  • Offer only valid on Bike Tune Package base price when bike is scheduled and checked in for service during business hours between 9/12/2025 – 9/22/2025.
  • Eligible Bike Service Packages include Bike Tune, Road/Gravel Tune Package, FS MTB Tune Package, Hardtail MTB Tune Package, E-Bike Tune Package, and E-MTB Tune Package.
  • Offer only valid at REI Co-op Shop locations. For your local REI Co-op Shop’s contact information, visit REI.com/stores/bike-shop.
  • Turnaround time for service completion may vary. Services will be completed in the order received.
  • Appointments are limited. Book early for the best appointment selection. Offer valid until REI Co-op Shop capacity is reached.
  • Offer not valid on any parts, additional service fees, merchandise, REI rentals, Re/Supply (Used Gear), or on REI classes or events. Offer not valid for any other maintenance package or shop service.
  • Offer not valid on a previously purchased or scheduled maintenance package.
  • 20% discount applies in addition to REI Co-op Member pricing. Offer may not be combined with any other discount.
