REI Accessibility Statement
At REI we believe the outdoors is for all.
We are committed to ensuring that transformational outdoor experiences are available for everyone. Part of that work includes making sure that tools needed to get outdoors are accessible and so we aim to make our website accessible and usable for all our customers, including those with disabilities. Our goal is to permit our customers to successfully gather information and transact business through our website.
REI is taking a variety of steps and devoting resources to further enhance the accessibility of our website through continued monitoring and testing. We have engaged experienced accessibility consultants to conduct website accessibility audits and provide recommendations to meet the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
REI is proud of the efforts that we have completed and that are in-progress to ensure that our website is accessible to everyone. We view accessibility as an important ongoing effort and are seeking solutions to improve the accessibility of our site by providing regular training for those employees who touch every element of our website.
If you have difficulty using or accessing any element of this website or if you have any feedback, please feel free to contact us. We will work with you to make all reasonable efforts to correct the issue and assist with immediate needs.
