Great vest for every day use.
Bought this for hiking in the Colorado mountains, early in the morning works great. Fit is good and even though it will keep you warm it still breathes nicely. Worth every penny
My new favorite
I am addicted to SmartWool, with this vest being my most recent addition to the wardrobe. I am 5'10" and 160 pounds, with a 33" waist. When I started building up my wardrobe, I was heavier, so most all of my other SmartWool is bigger sizes. In this vest, and another top I purchased at the same time, my recommended size was Medium. The product model for this vest is 6'2" with a 34" waist, so I trusted the recommendation and got the Medium. I am glad I did, because the vest fits great. Had I gone with a large, as I originally planned, it would have been too big on me. As-is, the vest has enough room that it is not snug, but also is slim enough to be both comfortable and stylish and not just hang on me. I have not had it very long, but in casual wear around town it is great. The weather had just started to heat up, when the vest arrived, so I have not had a ton of opportunities to wear the vest. But I am looking forward to some cool evenings to get some more opportunities. If you are looking for a comfortable and stylish vest, this is the one you need. Just trust their sizing recommendations, like I did, and you won't be disappointed.
