I've had the Platinum Fly Creek for several years now and have re-conditioned it and re-tensioned the poles. To add carbon fibre poles would be an even better product. It's a really well designed, durable tent that weighs next to nothing. I've been in a small downpour in it, all-afternoon sleet, and lots of big Channel Islands wind and had no problem. I did have to buy better stakes, but this is a good bikepacking and backpacking option when weight is important. My one issue is the entry. It's not entirely unlike a bivy in that you are invariably slinking in feet-first, which is something I'm a bit tired of, given the options out there. But Big Agnes is just super quality all around if you ask me.
