Great Layer!!
This wind jacket is super well thought out and my go to wind breaker now. Perfect stow pocket that has extra room after stuffing the jacket in for a bar etc. Clip in loop seems strong. It is also comfortable and cute and doesn't feel like some wind layers that are like plastic bags.
