A nothing glove that does everything!
For me, the best type of gloves are ones you don't have to take off. I can do nearly everything with these gloves on. I've used this pair of snowboarding 20+ days already. It's a simple glove that I love for its dexterity. Comfortable, warm enough, and can do anything with these - have opened ziplocks, operated zippers, etc, but cracking a beer can is a little tricky. I can do my whole splitboard transition without taking them off, they fit in my pocket, and clip together so they don't get lost. They are not advertised as waterproof, but I find they typically stay dry at least until noon or one, and that's with clearing snow off my board before strapping in each run. My non-dominant hand is typically still pretty dry at the end of the day. I may snow-seal them but am also going to just grab a second pair so I always have a dry pair. These gloves are perfect for my needs. Build quality is holding up even though I rub them against abrasive ice every weekend. I am 160lb, 5'6" and typically wear SMedium apparel, would consider myself to have average size hands. The Medium gloves are great, I may even try a Small for the next pair as the Mediums have loosened up over the last few months.
