Sizing runs small. I wear an XL and took measurements and it still fits incredibly snug and does not have long enough arms. REI's mail-in return policy (I don't live near a store) also costs shipping, making REI a further cost-eating option for where I am particularly for these types of products. I was excited to use a gift card that someone gave me, but this further solidifies my distrust and dislike of REI as a wildlife ecologist who works outdoors.

Tags on the shirt say it's a UPF sunshirt with cooling properties, REI are selling it as a baselayer, and Free Country description says 'warmth without the bulk.' Very confusing. It's definitely not as warm as my other base layers.

Fits great feels comfy wish the offer had better colors.

Just a note on the sizing. I wear XL Regular and purchased two of these shirts in that size. They were tight and didn't feel like an XL to me. I returned and purchased two XXL and these fit like an XL. First impression is they are comfortable and are a little heavier than I was looking for but I am keeping and wearing in cold weather under roomy sweatshirts. They might be a little thick to wear under less roomy shirts for me.
