Order two colors of the same size Wonderland Pull On Pant. The Nori color fits true to size, however the Mud color waist is about two inches bigger than the Nori. The three star rating is for the inconsistency (apparent lack of QC) on sizing, other the quality of the garment. One thing that would be nice to see on this pant, would be having the elastic waistband enclosed by the fabric. This waistband has the exposed elastic, which, in my opinion, detracts for the solid design throughout the rest of the garment and is uncomfortable against bare skin.
Prana pants fit my build the best, I've tried several other brands, but I keep coming back to Prana. I am 6ft 3in / 35 waist, caked up, and have caves like tree trunks. I bought size Large and they fit perfect. I love that I can sit and move around freely without ever noticing this pant constraining me, espcaily in the crotch area. If I had a flat butt, perhaps the Mediums would be better for that build, but not me. This may be one of the best all-purpose pants. They are comfortable around the house, you could wear them to a formal outing, or go backpacking in the woods. They cover all the bases. Highly recommend!
These pants are lightweight and comfortable, and seem pretty breathable too. They're a bit disappointing as travel pants though; I wouldn't recommend wearing them through an airport unless you want to get patted down. According to the TSA guy this type of material causes reflections in the millimeter wave scanners.
Dear Prana, please do not change or get rid of these pants. These are unequivocally the best climbing pants I have ever worn and that you have made. You hit the mark with these. They are extremely comfortable and have amazing mobility. Do not change
I’m a tall woman with long legs, size 16 pants. The XL 34 fit great. Very comfortable- nice to have the drawstring. Nice pockets, not a lot of extra room in the front crotch like some men’s pants.
I’m a 71 year old retired Navy Officer that had a 2nd career in federal wildlife mgt and law enforcement. Now in full retirement, my time is my own and uh, my Aussie’s and sometimes my wife’s. I continue to work hard at staying in shape…I’m 180lbs, 6’2”…and I prefer tapered, slightly fitting clothes. I bought two pairs of the “pull on” Wonderland Rock pants in size Medium, 32” inseam…..and truly MFAF* style….and wish that I had bought more. They are comfortable, easy care, perfect for warmer weather hiking, biking, exploring with “said” Aussie. I especially like the waist, zippered side pockets and cinches at the cuffs….and they look so sharp that they are equally at home on a pond, in a pub, any place!! Out for recreation and then pizza, and a pint or two (I thank God every morning that I can act like and eat like I did in my 20s without gaining lbs! ). Prana knocked it out of the ball park with these pants….unsure if they’ll be available in the future, as my were on sale and I see that they are offered now only in limited sizes. *Made For Anything Fun! (Bet you thought I’d forgotten that I “asterisked” that acronym!!!!)
I actually love these pants (I say actually because I rarely leave reviews for anything). They are comfortable and look great. Definitely recommend!
My husband loves these pants. So comfortable, great fit and don’t look like your typical pull on pants. Wish they came in black.
Pants are lightweight yet they provide relatively good insulation in cold temperatures. They're comfortable in any temperature.
Perfect weekend pant - hiking during the day and out for a casual dinner after - comfortable and fitting for both occassions.
