- Steel flanges slide into any 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 in. headset cup and, once past the skirt of the cup, spring out to allow you to tap the cup out with a hammer
- Also works for removing PressFit 30 (PF30) bottom bracket cups, which are pressed into the frame the same way as the head tube cups and have the same internal diameter
