Uncomfortable and impractical cut
Really disappointed by this style. I usually wear a L in TomboyX bras. A L in this style is uncomfortably snug. Compared to my other L TomboyX bras, the elastic band is a good 1/2 shorter, and I can definitely feel that. The neckline is impractically high as well--I can't wear this under a V necked top unless I want my bra to show. Tried sizing up to address the snugness, but then the straps were waaaay too long. So sad that this style seems to be the predominant one being carried now. (I bought in a color that's now sold out rather than the black so am posting a review here.)
Love the pattern, but poor fit for curvy bodies
I was excited to have colorful swim shorts with coverage, but I was disappointed with the rise, which was supposed to be mid-rise. I have a curvy shape, so when I bend down or sit down, the shorts feel like they are low rise and start to slide down in the back - not something I want to have to worry and feel self-conscious about. I can never wear any pants or shorts that are low rise. I also found that the fabric would bunch up around my thighs. I tried two different sizes and they fit the same unfortunately, so I will be returning both of them.
Great shorts, but they run small
These shorts definitely run small. I'm a large in the 9" boxer briefs, and sized up to XL based on the description and other reviews. They're still snug. I'm fine with a snug fit for swimwear, but do be aware when ordering that even a size up might fit on the tight side. Aside from sizing, these are awesome! I love the 9" boxers for preventing thigh chafe, and I've been wanting a pair of swim shorts in the same length. Finally they came out in a pattern I like. Nice dark colors and a summery tropical vibe. I appreciate the pocket, too.
Confidence
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally, a swim suit bottom meant for swimming! Very pleased with the fit, I will now be confident and comfortable going to the pool! I don’t think I have been in a pool in a decade!
Comfortable
This is a very comfortable bra. I did size down because of my underbust measurements as recommended in the reviews. It does fit but I find it is not very supportive. I was told that these bras had more of an effect like a binder which is what I was looking for but it did not do what I was expecting. The material is super soft and stretchy but I am looking for something more rigid. I do really like this bra for everyday wear though. Probably will buy a few more.
Comfy as a lounge bra - not supportive
This bra works well as a lounge bra - I wear this for running downstairs to check the mail, taking out the trash, or hanging out at home if I have someone over. It's not all that supportive though, so I don't recommend using it as an everyday bra (although, for reference, I am a 38K, so that likely makes a difference!). My shoulders get pretty tired if I try to wear this out of the house for more than 2 hours.
Very comfortable for sensitive skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very sensitive skin and so many bras leave me itchy and cranky. This bra does not. It's easy to pull on, soft on my skin, and doesn't itch where the seams are. It's thick enough where I feel covered, but not sweaty. I chose the size based on the chart, but it's still a little big, although that does help the comfort level. I might try the next size down for when I want a bit more support.
Great idea, runs small
These run so much smaller than their other sweats. They fit like leggings especially in the calf, and they're short (I'm 5'10" and sweats are usually too short on me but these are ridiculous). I'm afraid if I size up they'll just be saggy in the rear. I do not understand the concept of styling sweats like they're skinny jeans. The color and retro piping is great, I just wish these actually fit like sweats.
Great fit for an awkward body type!
I loathe buying bras. Even before I gained the awful menopause weight nothing ever was comfortable. This bra is amazing. I have a very awkward bra size, and I am extremely pleased with this bra so far. 52 years old, 5'9", 185 lbs, smallish boobs (I got robbed!) lodged on a massive rib cage. I went with the 2XL and this works for me. I highly recommend it. Trying the racerback next!
Purchased these for my partner.
Purchased these for my partner. We were trying to find a bra that would not show very strongly under her work shirts, and these did the trick. There's still some lines that show up, but they're very subtle, which is just the nature of clothes. These worked perfectly. And she says they're very comfortable as well! She can wear them all day and she says she hardly notices they're on.
