- External compression systems keep the bags snug at various load levels
- Only 4 in. wide so the load stays tight to the bike
- Tough, rattle-free mounting with metal hardware
- Speciality, high cycle life (10,000+ cycles) hook-and-loop straps
- Tight spacing between the aluminum loops and straps prevents slop at the pannier rails
- Voile nano straps with metal hardware provide tension at the bottoms and give versatility for mounting
- Made with full Challenge Sailcloth 200-denier UHMWPE/polyester woven laminated fabric
- Fiberglass-stiffened, high-density foam framesheets gives the bags internal structure and works with the external compression systems to transfer load to the rack
- Fiberglass internal and exterior stiffeners
- Minimal seams for durability and water resistance, plus double-taped lower seams; note: panniers are not fully waterproof
- Not compatible with "T" style racks—the panniers lack the load capacity and means for a lower attachment
- Each pannier offers 7 to 11 liters of gear capacity, for a total of 14 to 22 liters for the set

Not the same quality as other Revelate products
Nice design, but for the price I was very disappointed that these don't match the same quality as other Revelate products I own. I wouldn't even consider them water repellent and adding additional waterproof bags inside to protect gear kind of goes against the minimalist/lightweight goal that they were intended for. Somehow the pair I received were also mismatched - one must have been from a different production than the other with different non matching fabric and after only 150 miles of use the backs are already wearing considerably.
good but not great
4200 mile review. Simple and easy to use roll top. Minimalistic. Strong durable material and sturdy attachment. Lightweight. The big downside. They’re not waterproof, resistant but not proof, and that’s with seam seal and nikiwax. Water seaps into Velcro. So anything that needs to be kept from water has to be in waterproof bags.
Almost perfect
Simple, light weight, durable materials. A little fidgety getting on the rack. I just left mine attached for the duration of the trip. Not totally waterproof, so I used Zpacks Dynema dry bags. Works perfectly with the Old Man Mountain Divide rack. Awesome product.
Can't wait till the next iteration.
Great bags. Wish it was a little quicker to remove from rack
