- Lightweight, breathable flat-knit uppers provide next-level comfort; made from 50% FSC-certified TENCELâ„¢ lyocell (from eucalyptus tree fiber) and 50% recycled polyester
- Laces are made from recycled plastic bottles
- Eyelets made from bio-based TPU
- Castor bean oil–based insole foam
- Cushioned midsoles with updated design give wear-all-day support and comfort
- To wash shoes, remove the laces and insoles and place shoes in a delicates bag (a pillowcase works too); machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent
- To dry, shake out any excess water and set aside to air dry; shoes will regain their original shape with 1 or 2 wears; don't put them in the dryer
- Hand-wash your laces and insoles on their own
- Tree Runner Go sneakers have a carbon footprint of 4.89 kg CO2e (for comparison, a standard sneaker is about 14 kg CO2e, based on Allbirds calculations)

Allbirds fit true to size for most customers. If you have wide feet or prefer a roomier fit to accommodate toe splay, we suggest sizing up. If you are in between sizes we recommend sizing up for all styles except for Tree Runner styles (size down for those).
