- Ultralight bio-based SuperLight foam underfoot is featherlight and high performing; features approximately 70% bio-based content
- Low-profile heel pockets provide an additional layer of cushioning comfort and may vary in color based on recycled materials used
- FSC-certified natural rubber outsoles have high-wear and traction areas that keep the weight as low as possible while providing all-condition traction and grip
- To wash, remove the laces and insoles and place shoes in a delicates bag (a pillowcase works too); choose a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent
- Shake out any excess water and set aside to air dry (don't put the shoes in the dryer); shoes will regain their original shape with 1 or 2 wears
- Hand-wash laces and insoles on their own
- SuperLight Tree Runner sneakers have a carbon footprint of 2.85 kg CO2e (for comparison, a standard sneaker is about 14 kg CO2e, based on Allbirds calculations)

Sizing Notes
Allbirds fit true to size for most customers. If you have wide feet or prefer a roomier fit to accommodate toe splay, we suggest sizing up. If you are in between sizes we recommend sizing up for all styles except for Tree Runner styles (size down for those).
