Shrinkflation strikes again
Just received and the fit is comfortable. However, as mentioned in other reviews, the fly zipper is short, front pockets are short (shallow). And, shorts do not even come with a belt! $85 for less material and features than previous Patagonia shorts I’ve owned. We’ll see how well they hold up.

The front zipper is to short
No, I do not recommend this product
Great fit, fabric is light weight but wrinkles easily and the front zipper is too short, requiring the button to be undone previous to using the bathroom.

Returned!
Patagonia changed the design of the lower right leg pocket from top entry to side entry with the opening to the rear making it useless for access. Very disappointing. Sent them back for refund 12 August and still waiting!

Great shorts
Yes , I recommend this product
Everything I was looking for in a pair of shorts. Light weight, comfortable material with a nice modern fit (not a lot of extra material). 8” inseam is perfect. The waist is off by about 3/4 of an inch too big. Not ideal, but still a keeper based on everything else about the shorts.

Really like these shorts
Only used these shorts for a couple days but really impressed with the fit and feel. Thigh pocket very hand for carrying wallet when phone and keys are in the others. Assembled a new grill while wearing and had plenty of stretch for getting up and down.

Zipper and inseam are too short/shallow. Very thin material shorts for the price. Also, after a three day backpacking trip I notice that the crotch is wearing thin on the inside. Not making them like they used to.

I have to agree with a previous review, the zipper is short. The pockets seem shallow as well, and might spill contents when sitting. Otherwise, these are nice, light shorts.

Amazing but for the pocket liner

The shorts are just SO comfy but after 30 days wear the inner pocket liner on one side is shredded. Otherwise a great pair of shorts.
