- Made with 304-grade stainless, a durable alloy that is rust and corrosion-resistant
- Stainless-steel chainrings are designed to last longer when compared to aluminum chainrings
- When the chainring does eventually wear out, simply flip the chainring around to get more life out of it
- Chainring is not ramped or pinned for shifting assistance, so shifting will be a bit slower if used with a front derailleur
- This chainring will have a tight fit with 9-speed chains; it is not compatible with 10-speed or narrower chains
