I can't recommend this.
No, I do not recommend this product
With this 2026 refresh of the Hikelite 26, Osprey removed the ability to remove the hip belt (overkill on most day hikes) and make back panel smaller with the integrated hip belt. The result is that the bottom is very narrow and feels less comfortable than the last 2023 version, which according to the 2023 description was "updated with a wider and taller frame for an improved fit." Well, that's gone again unfortunately.
