Upgrade the comfort of your boots and shoes with structured support for all your outdoor adventures. The women's Superfeet Hike Support insoles' signature shape stabilizes your feet on uneven ground.
- Women-specific medium to high arch support in an orthotic shape made to stabilize the foot on rough terrain, reducing stress on feet, ankles, knees and back
- Deep heel cups help prevent heel slip and toes from hitting the front of the footwear; heels cups are narrower than unisex version to better fit a woman's foot
- Proprietary EVOLyte® carbon fiber and polymer blend provides responsive, weight-defying support and stability for the trail
- Moisturewick™ top covers help reduce odors and keep feet fresh
- H.I.T. (Heel Impact Technology) Pod on each insole disperses impact at heel strike on tough descents
- 2 layers of heel-to-toe Aerospring™ Rebound comfort foam help reduce fatigue and provide reliable stability for the rigors of a good hike
- Superfeet insoles keep their shape, delivering reliable support and comfort for up to 12 months or 500 miles, whichever comes first

Sizing Notes
Select the letter that matches your shoe size range. Letters on all Superfeet products represent heel cup width. For Superfeet insoles to work properly, your heels must be "in" the heel cup entirely, not "on" the heel cup on either side of foot. Stand on a pair of Superfeet in the letter that corresponds closest to your shoe size making sure your heel fits nice and snug "in" the heel cup. If that heel cup is too small, select the next letter size up. After you find your perfect heel-cup fit, simply trim the excess foam (using the sock liner from any of your shoes as a guide) and insert the new trimmed insoles into your shoes (removing the sock liners first).
