Structured, hands-on support

Navigate is a 4-month program providing a customized learning experience that addresses your company’s specific pain points and equips you with funding, mentorship, and strategic guidance. You’ll have opportunities to meet with and learn from experienced partners both inside and outside the industry. Through your cohort, you'll build a network with founders of companies at a similar stage.

Individualized support

In addition to group programming, our subject matter experts will dive deep with you one-on-one in areas such as company strategy, financial planning, social media and public relations, go-to-market and sales, and sourcing and production.

Customer connection

You will benefit from insights we've gained from REI's 20 million+ members in areas relevant to your product, marketing, and sales. Program events like our Founders Market will put you directly in front of REI members and customers.

Capital investment

Not only will all Navigate participants receive a $25,000 grant, you will also have the option for direct investments from our $30M fund.

Community network

Partnership is key to who we are as a brand and organization. You'll have direct access to an outdoor-focused community of mentors, investors, experts, other founders, and REI Co-op connections.
