REI Co-op Names Collette Clemens as Vice President of Employee Life Cycle and Belonging

Specialty outdoor retailer REI Co-op today named Collette Clemens its vice president of employee life cycle and belonging. Collette brings deep HR expertise across multiple functional areas within strong consumer focused companies, including Pokemon, Stitch Fix, Lands’ End and Starbucks. 

"Collette is a broadly respected leader with decades of HR experience that will greatly benefit the co-op,” said Apple Musni, chief people officer, REI. “I’m looking forward to working alongside her as we work to improve every part of the REI employee journey.”  

In her role, Collete will lead the co-op's efforts to design, develop and execute programs aimed at enhancing every element of the employee journey. Collete’s team will support recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement and retention.
