Election Results at REI Eugene Store

On Tuesday, May 30, employees at our Eugene, Oregon participated in an in-person election to determine whether they would be represented by the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union. The initial vote tally in Eugene is 22 votes against union representation and 20 votes for union representation.
There are nine challenged ballots pursuant to the NLRB's election procedures. The NLRB will investigate whether those ballots should be counted.
We appreciate every employee for participating in this important process. Together we will continue to focus on serving the Eugene outdoor community as we have done since 1992.
