All outdoor classes, day tours, and REI Adventures trips are permanently canceled. REI Adventures and Wilderness First Aid courses in progress at the time of this announcement will continue through completion.

In-store programming will continue to be offered. To learn what’s happening in your community, visit REI.com/events.

Check your e-mail inbox (including your spam folder) for a cancellation notice from REI.

In-store workshops, presentations and events are still offered. If you are registered for one of these, you will not receive a cancellation notice.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If any portion of your invoice was paid with an REI gift card, that amount will be refunded as an REI digital gift card and sent to the bill-to email address.  If any portion of your booking was purchased using your REI Member Reward, the amount of your Reward will be refunded in the form of a check.

REI is no longer maintaining waitlists for REI Experiences programming.

To speak with someone about your policy, e-mail info@tripassure.com, and reference the enrollment ID located in your enrollment confirmation email from info@tripassure.com.

Please work directly with your travel supplier(s) to modify or cancel any other pre-booked travel plans. They are best equipped to support you with managing your reservation(s).

All reservations starting on or after January 9 will be cancelled.

If you have an upcoming reservation, you will automatically receive a full refund to the payment method used to complete the transaction. A refund confirmation will be sent to the email address on the original reservation.

Please return your gear at the original time and date scheduled during your reservation.

Search for a class or event, select one that looks interesting, and sign up for a date that works for you. If the date that you want to sign up for is full, click “Join the waitlist” and we’ll email you if a space opens up. Pre-registration and payment are required for all paid classes.

Prior to your event you will receive an e-mail with final details about your upcoming experience which includes where to meet.

Trained and certified service animals are welcome — just let us know beforehand so we can make any necessary accommodations.

Pets and non-service animals are not permitted on any REI Co-op experience.

Yes, our programs are designed to support a wide range of experiences and abilities. We understand that each participant is unique, and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for everyone. We’ll work closely with you to try to address any specific concerns or requirements related to your condition. If you have any of these pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to pregnancy, diabetes, seizure disorder, cardiac conditions, recent injury, severe allergies, serious mobility problems, or any condition which might necessitate a medical evacuation, please consult with your health care provider to decide if our program is suitable for you. If you have specific questions or require accommodations related to your pre-existing medical condition, please contact us during the registration process.
