Find your way outside by learning practical map and compass navigation skills. This workshop will teach you how to read key features on topographic maps, identify the parts of a compass, how to find north, follow bearings, and plan a route for your next outdoor adventure. Through facilitated discussion and a series of easygoing activities, you will walk away with new knowledge that will help you push your boundaries and and prevent you from getting lost (or panicking when you do get lost).
