Welcome to Sonoma Wine Country!

We meet in the lobby of our host hotel this morning where we take time to get acquainted before making our way north toward the stunning Sonoma County. Today we'll explore Jack London Historic State Park, home and ranch of the famed writer and adventurer. Nestled on the eastern slope of Sonoma Mountain, on ancestral coastal Miwok land, are over 1500 acres of pristine hillsides of mixed-oak, fir, manzanita, and maples. London spent his final years on this magnificent piece of land writing and attempting to fulfill his dreams of being a rancher. We'll explore the lush landscapes that captured his heart & immerse ourselves in his legacy before transitioning to the world of wine at the eco-friendly Benziger Family Winery. Our visit offers an in depth look into the family's organic and biodynamic farming practices. We conclude our day at the eclectic Flamingo Resort & Spa in Santa Rosa, a perfect blend of comfort and charm, setting the stage for our upcoming adventures.
