- *Earn a $100 REI gift card when you make your first purchase outside of REI within 60 days from account opening. Existing or previous REI Co-op Mastercard cardholders will not be eligible for this one-time gift card. Once you qualify, you will be sent an e-gift card if we have a valid email address on file. Otherwise, a physical gift card will be sent to the primary account holder’s address within 6-8 weeks.
- 1You will earn 5% back in REI Co-op Mastercard Rewards on net purchases (purchases minus any credits or returns) made at REI retail locations and REI.com. Purchases include full-price and discount-price items, REI gift cards, services, fees and REI adventure travel-invoiced trip payments. You will also earn 5% back in REI Co-op Mastercard Rewards for donations made to the 501(c)(3) REI Cooperative Action Fund at REIfund.org or in-store at point-of-sale. Purchases made on promotional credit plans at REI do not qualify for rewards.
- 21.5% back in REI Co-op Mastercard Rewards on all other purchases. Earnings will apply to net purchases only. Cash advances and balance transfers are not considered purchases and will not earn rewards.

- 5You will earn a $50 account credit when you use your card to make an REI Co-op Experiences purchase, including multiday and single-day trips and instructional courses. The account credit will be applied to your account within 6-8 weeks from the time of the purchase. This benefit is limited to one account credit per calendar year.
- 6Changing the name as it appears on your credit card will not change the legal name on your account or your responsibility for your account. We will continue to use your legal name on statements and other communications and for identity verification purposes. Update your card by calling 844-480-5934.
- 7The 501(c)(3) Fund makes grants to nonprofits that promote justice, equity and belonging in the outdoors. REI may change the benefit or named charity in future years. For details about the REI Cooperative Action Fund, please see REIfund.org.
