Water Taxi: The Potomac Water Taxi offers service between Alexandria and National Harbor.

WMATA bus routes: The NH1 and NH2 buses both terminate at National Harbor.

Driving: We're easily accessible via I-495, I-95 and I-295. There are three paid parking garages in the area, as well as limited street parking—also paid.

Please bring your own water and snacks. There is no water fountain on-site. 

We rent by the hour, so you can paddle the river for an hour, or however long you'd like. You just need to bring your equipment back before we close at 9pm ET.

We charge a one-time late fee of $25. If you anticipate being late, give us a call and we can try to extend your reservation to avoid incurring fees: 877-819-3814.

We will close if there's thunder & lightning in the vicinity, or if there's a torrential downpour. If your reservation is impacted, we will notify you to transfer or refund you. If we do close, we'll resume operations once the weather clears.

Yes. If you are bringing your dog, we ask that you supply your own dog PFD (personal flotation device).

Owners are liable for any damage to gear caused by their pet.
