At the Review and Pay step of checkout, click "Apply gift cards and bonus cards" under Payment Options, enter both the number and the PIN from your bonus card or email, then click "Apply card.”
Give the cashier your bonus card, show a printout of your emailed bonus card, or show it from your phone.
When you call in your order, tell the cashier the number and PIN from your bonus card or email.

Redeeming your $30 REI Co-op Member Bonus Card
- This single-use promotional card is issued by REI Customer Services, Inc.
- Member Bonus Card received in store will be valid one day after receipt and expire on 2/21/2025 11:59pm Pacific Time.
- Digital Member Bonus Card can be redeemed on or before the expiration date on the Digital Member Bonus Card (delivered via email).
- This card can be used in one qualifying transaction made at REI stores, REI.com, REI Outlet, Re/supply (used gear) or 1-800-426-4840.
- Qualifying transaction could include rentals or shop services but only if the transaction is made at an REI store. Card cannot be used in online rental reservation transactions. Transaction must occur before card expiration, but services need not be completed prior to card expiration.
- This card will not carry an unused balance; any unused amount will be forfeited at time of redemption (except where required by law).
- Only one promotional card may be redeemed per transaction.
- If eligible product is returned for a refund after the card has been redeemed, the value of the redeemed card will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Void if you return item(s) that qualified you for card.
- This card cannot be used to pay for prior purchases, REI classes and events, shipping charges, return labels, exchanges, memberships, passes/tickets, gift cards, back-ordered items or on Corporate & Group Sales purchases.
- Not redeemable for cash or credit (except where required by law).
- Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen (except where required by law).
- Not for resale and non-transferable.
- Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (available at REI.com/member-thanks), which may be changed at any time without notice.
