6. To wash shoes, remove the laces and insoles and place shoes in a delicates bag (a pillowcase works too); machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent
7. To dry, shake out any excess water and set aside to air dry; shoes will regain their original shape with 1 or 2 wears; don't put them in the dryer
8. Hand-wash your laces and insoles on their own
