Tania is a third-generation Seattle native, who grew up exploring the urban forests and Cascade ski slopes near her home. Her passion for increasing racial equity, diversity and inclusion in the outdoors is what brought her to the co-op in 2020, and what drives her volunteer efforts as a member of the board of directors of EarthCorps, an environmental sustainability and leadership development non-profit in the Pacific Northwest.
