Clare Gallagher
Ultrarunner Clare Gallagher studied coral ecology and ran cross country and track at Princeton. After college, she taught English in Thailand, where she also ran her first ultra. She began running professionally in 2016 after winning the Leadville 100. In 2019, she won the Western States Endurance Run. She’s a Patagonia Global Sports Activist, devoted to advocating for the protection of public lands and climate change policy.
